So, here's another feeble attempt at blogging from me (Darcy). Lianna went into labor on the 24th at about 1:30 am, good times. We sat at home til about 7:30am then went to the hospital and she was about 3cm so they admitted her. She got to about 5cm on her own then they started the pitocin. She got to about 6cm and then the contractions were starting to be too much and I still had to talk her into the epidural! So then she went from a 6 to 10 in less than an hour, crazy. She pushed for about 2½ hours and finally out came little Pearl. Oh yeah, her name is Pearl Elizabeth Jensen. Pearl is a family name on the Tolman side (duh), and Elizabeth is Lianna's grandma Crossmans name. So 3 days later we're home. Mother and baby are doing great. As you can see she's got an amazing head of blond-blond hair La Rouche! For some reason we were both expecting darker hair so it was a sweet surprise. Also, she weighed in at 8lbs 1 oz and was 20 inches long. She's amazing, who knew you could just instantly love a little thing sooo much. Yeah, I'm cheezy. Anywho, this aint really my thing, Lianna will add more later.

i'm not quite sure if anyone ever checks this thing or looks at it, but i'd like to tell the world that i'm getting induced this friday at 7 am! pretty excited! : ) wish us luck!

k, so i finally did something with our blog. maybe we're like real bloggers now or something.
i want to be able to post pix of our newest addition (yes, still no name) when she arrives, so now we're better prepared.
hopefully she'll make her appearance sooner than later- i'm getting a little anxious. : )
